FIELD: processing waste. SUBSTANCE: plant has furnace for melting waste in bubbled melt bath and discharging the product of processing, after burning chamber, and devices for supplying oxidizer positioned at two levels over the height of the furnace. Waste is charged through the charging device. The plant is provided with a boiler-utilizer with radiation and movable chambers. Two parallel gas ducts are mounted above the furnace. The gas ducts are coincident with the radiation chambers of the boiler-utilizer. A device for wet cleaning of gas is downstream of the dry cleaning of gas. The device for wet cleaning consists of a scrubber with a diverging pipe for supplying gas and nozzles at its top, Venturi pipe with a drop catcher and branch pipe for discharging gas- liquid mixture positioned at a distance of 0.5-0.7 of its diameter from the surface of the liquid in the drop catcher and wet electric filter with cooling electrodes.
