FIELD: utilization of wastes. SUBSTANCE: complex includes device for reception, accumulation, mixing and unloading of wastes for thermal reworking; device is made in form of drum mounted rotatably in inclined position; complex includes also melting furnace with loading chamber, reaction gas-lift chamber and gas separating chamber which are in communication with one another, waste-heat recovery boiler with slag basin, skimming weir and device for discharge of melt. Relationship of inner volume of drum to working volume of furnace ranges from 4 to 200. EFFECT: enhanced operational efficiency and ecological safety. 1 dwg
