FIELD: measuring noise emission parameters on testing ground. SUBSTANCE: working facility for measuring hydroacoustic signals is installed at desired area of testing ground and reference-signal source as well as range measuring system, on moving object. Working measuring facility is used for measuring its output signals U1 and U2, respectively with reference-signal source turned off and turned on at the same time recording range L by means of range measuring system between object and working test facility. Measurement results obtained are processed by shore equipment; noise-emission pressure level Pe of moving object and testing ground transfer function K are computed. In other option, provision is also made for measuring sound pressure Psh of sea noise including this value in computing Pe and Ks. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities. 4 cl, 1 dwg
