The inner surface of the sleeve is made up as two trancated cones 6 and 7 of the same smaller and greater base diameters. The cones are conjugated by the smaller bases. The ratio between the heights of cones 6 and 7 as well as the ratio of the difference between the diameters of the bases of cones 6 and 7 to the diameter of the smaller base are defined by relationships presented in the invention description.
