Input hole, which is made from metal foil with 5-10 mm thickness, is mounted tightly between parts. Inner diameter d and length m of shorter part of cathode conform to equation 2.5bd/mg3.5, shoulder height h and shoulder width l conform to equation 1.5<h/l<3.0.
