FIELD: sports and amateur fishing. SUBSTANCE: lure has metal stem with hook connected with fishing line and vanes installed for rotation in two bushings on stem. Vanes form frame rotating on stem around hook. Ball fitted on stem prevents longitudinal travel of frame. Vanes forming the frame can differ in size, in this case they create effect of asymmetrical nonuniform rotation.
