By position of maximum of mutual correlation function deformation and stress are determined. Device for implementation of process has laser, TV camera, interface, microcomputer, display, monitor, two transparencies controlled optically, microscope, typical and semi-transparent mirrors, optical shutters, reading units, controlled power supply unit, synchronization unit, integrating lens and additional interface.
