FIELD: microelectronics. SUBSTANCE: integrated circuit has error-signal amplifier connected to its noninverting and inverting error-signal inputs whose noninverting input is connected to first leads of first and second resistors; second lead of first resistor is connected to integrated circuit common bus; second lead of second resistor is connected to inverting inputs of first and second comparators one of whose noninverting inputs is connected to error-signal amplifier output and its output, to noninverting input of second comparator through delay line; second comparator output is connected to latching resistor input; integrated circuit also has diode rectifier bridge whose anode of first diode and cathode of second diode are interconnected and function as first input of supply mains; anode of its third diode and cathode of fourth diode are interconnected and functions as second input of supply mains; interconnected cathode of first and third diodes used as first output of integrated circuit load control are connected to first input by means of voltage changer lead; output lead of voltage changer is connected to supply leads of integrated-circuit components and to first lead of third resistor whose second lead is connected to second lead of second resistor, and second input lead of voltage changer used as common lead is connected to common bus, anodes of second and fourth diodes, and cathode of thyristor whose gate input is connected to output of latching resistor and its anode is used as second output of integrated circuit load control.
