FIELD: electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic engineering and can be used in installations for measuring current-voltage characteristics (CVC) of materials with different values of conductivity. Disclosed is a high-voltage electronic switch containing resistors, a capacitor, a field-effect transistor, in the drain circuit of which the analysed sample is connected, capacitor is connected to output of power supply to ensure stability of values and elimination of distortions of current pulses, and control pulse voltage source is connected through resistor to transistor gate, wherein between the common point of the resistor-gate of the transistor and the common bus, a stabilitron is connected, which limits the amplitude of the control voltage at the gate of the transistor, a second resistor is connected in parallel with the stabilizer to exclude the effect of the gate-drain capacitance and distortion of the trailing edges of the rectangular pulses. Reference resistance, on which voltage measured with the help of an oscilloscope, is determined by the current through the sample, is connected between the negative pole of the power supply and the common bus.
EFFECT: exclusion of negative feedback effect, which leads to limitation of current through the sample.
