FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves transplanting rectangular cutanoadipous graft on temporary feeding pedicle which area is not less than that of the injured tendon site with its base directed in parallel to hand segment axis and length being not less than circumference length of tendon to be repaired. The graft being coalesced, enveloping skin cut is carried out along its boundary from three sides without touching the base. The graft is separated from the underlying tissues. Its epidermis is removed on the surface area equal to that of the tendon to be repaired. The tendon ends are selected and cicatrix portions are cut off, making suture or tendinoplasty. The tendon graft and sutures area is wrapped making a union. The retained epidermis is separated from the graft edge on the width of the graft base and a value equal to skin thickness. The epidermis is joined to the skin of the opposite wound edge. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in restoring fat around the tendon near the tendinoplasty area. 5 dwg
