FIELD: aerostation in designing combined flying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: helicopter-aerostat has hollow ring-shaped casing filled with carrying gas, control surfaces, lifting propellers, wings, engines with tractor propellers; pilot and cargo cabins are mounted under casing on load-bearing frame connected with casing through struts and load-bearing ring. Axes of lifting propellers and points of application of resultant aerodynamic forces at wings at zero angle of attack may lie in one plane passing through geometric axis of casing and through center of gravity of structural member. Steering rotors may be mounted on wing tips. Steering rotors may be also mounted at end of longitudinal beam connected with pilot and cargo cabins and with load-bearing ring.
