FIELD: treatment of water in laundries after washing with use of synthetic detergents. SUBSTANCE: method for water treatment to remove synthetic detergents includes growing of bacteria with use of nutrition source in form of dissolved synthetic detergents and carbon-containing suspensions dispersed to particle sizes equalling the sizes of bacteria with immobilization of microorganisms effected separately for liquid and foam fractions on the attachment. The device for embodiment of the offered method has cylindrical body with branch pipes. Cylindrical body has transverse partitions separating its hollow into sections connected to one another by annular projections at inlet parts, mechanism for aeration made in form of radial bubblers in sections, immobilizing attachments for liquid and foam fractions made in form of grains for liquid fraction, and in form of bundles of flexible threads attached to transverse partitions.
