SUBSTANCE: the method includes formation of protective oxide film based on spinel Me3O4 1-50 mcm thick by means of treatment of material in liquid metallic medium with low partial pressure atm, for instance, Pb(Bi)-0 and their alloys with thermodynamic activity of oxygen in solution at the level of at temperature of 330-800 C for 1-100 h. Provision of thermodynamic- and corrosion-proof oxide on the surface of bismuth and lead and their alloys and increased cohesion of the coat with substrate and possibility of healing micro- and macroinjuries in coatings.
