Device includes trusting step-up transformer, audio generator connected to unit of amplifiers which outputs are linked to low-voltage winding of testing step-up transformer, reactive element placed in parallel to winding. Circuit of high-voltage winding of testing step-up transformer is inserted with high-voltage element equal by measurement frequency placed in parallel to tested reactive element.
