FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: gear testing articles incorporates feeder-accumulator, measurement station with registering channel, loading/unloading device presenting two-arms robot which arms are spatially spaced apart and are installed on independent devices to perform autonomous motions. One arm has spring-loaded inverse cone in gripper, the other one has separator in gripper. Measurement station is provided with gripping-orienting unit presenting collet inside which convex thrust journal is positioned. Gear for ultrasonic inspection makes it possible to test multilayer bushings of various type sizes by shadow method under automatic mode and may operate independently or in mix of transfer line. EFFECT: expanded application field and increased efficiency of testing. 2 cl, 1 dwg
