SUBSTANCE: the orthopedic apparatus for treatment of spastic torticollis has a head support with shoulder bands interconnected by means of a screw-type distraction mechanism and telescopic rods provided with fixing spherical hinged with seats and ball heads. The ball heads are installed in the region of attachment of the sternocleidomastoid muscle. The shoulder bands are made in the form of shoulder-belts intersecting on the breast and back.
