FIELD: wine-making industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves the preliminary preparing aqueous-spirituous solution by mixing rectified ethanol and softened water up to strength 26-28 vol.% followed by its keeping for 7-10 days. Blending is carried out by addition of sugar (490-510 kg per 1000 dal blend) to white grape dry wine-material followed by stirring for 3-4 hr, mixing with an aqueous-spirituous solution, addition of caramelized sugar (obtained at 180-200 C) - 5-20 kg, oak extract - 3-30 kg, and vanilla - 0.5-3 kg per 1000 dal blend to the prepared mixture followed by continuous stirring for 4 hr, not less. Drink resting continues for 10 days, not less, followed by filtration. EFFECT: enhanced quality of drink, improved method of making.
