SUBSTANCE: method involves the preliminary preparing an aqueous-spirituous solution by mixing rectified ethanol and softened water up to preparing mixture at strength 36-40 vol. % followed by its keeping for 7-10 days. Drink blend is prepared by addition of preliminary prepared an aqueous-spirituous solution to white grape dry wine-material taken at amount 100-110 dal, at stirring for 2-3 hr, addition of lightly volatile aromatic substance fraction obtained at distillation off of aqueous-spirituous infusion made of mixture dry plant components for aromatized wine "Vermouth" at amount 15-25 dal per 100 dal blend followed by stirring for 4 hr, not less. Then drink is fed for resting for 10 days, not less, followed by filtration. EFFECT: enhanced quality of drink, improved method of making.
