FIELD: wine-making and liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing an aqueous-alcoholic liquid by mixing rectified ethyl alcohol and softened water. Citric acid is dissolved in an aqueous-alcoholic liquid, aromatic principle "Limon" is added to a solution and kept for 1-2 h. An aqueous-alcoholic liquid, grape wine material and sugar (as 65.8%-th sugar syrup) are blended, blend is set to the resting and filtration. After filtration the kept mixture of citric acid and aromatic principle is added to the blend as an additional feeding. The ready wine drink has the following ratio of components, kg/1000 dal of ready product: grape wine material 100-150; aromatic principle "Limon" 3-6; citric acid 18-22; sugar up to the sugar concentration in the ready product 30 g/dm3 and an aqueous-alcoholic liquid - the rest. The combination of procedures of the method at indicated ratio of components ensures to obtain the drink of the high quality exhibiting harmonic taste and aroma.
