SUBSTANCE: wine drink contains the following ingredients per 1000 dal of prepared product: treated grape wine material, 150-200; dal aromatic alcohol produced from mixture of vegetable ingredients including Austrian wormwood, 0.15 kg; thyme, 0.1 kg; sweetclover, 0.08 kg; sweet-grass, 0.04 kg; coriander, 0.250 kg; dried apple, 0.1 kg; inula root, 0.01 kg; wild orange peel, 0.06 kg; tormentil root, 0.03 kg; ginger, 0.03 kg; nutmeg, 0.04 kg; cardamom, 0.02 kg and clove, 0.02 kg, 0.4-0.5; granulated sugar up to mass concentration of sugars 10 g/cu.dm; citric acid up to mass concentration of titrated acids (on conversion to tartaric acid), 3-7 g/cu. dm; ethyl rectified alcohol and potable water, the balance.
