FIELD: methods of manufacture of honeycomb fillers. SUBSTANCE: honeycomb fillers are used as cores in three-layer envelopes; honeycomb fillers are made in form of hexahedral or rectangular cells or combination of such cells. Faces of cells have doubled thickness. Honeycomb fillers have different physicomechanical and/or thermal physical characteristics over area of honeycomb unit. Each cell consists of eight triangular three-dimensional members made of required materials. Honeycomb unit id formed by increasing the rows of cells which may be connected by means of welding, soldering and bonding. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 10 cl, 27 dwg
