FIELD: non-ferrous metallurgy, tin refining by electrolysis in particular. SUBSTANCE: method of electrolytic refining of black tin provides for tin settling on cathode. In the case before settling tin granules are mixed with waste electrolyte taken from anode zone of electrolyzer, in which hydrochloric acid is added till concentration of chloric tin in electrolyte achieves 40 - 60 g/l and produced mixture is blown-through by air. EFFECT: improved process.
