FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for immobilization of biomolecules in conductive substrate. Process of manufacture of biosensory electrode includes preparation of beyond-buffer solution of biomolecules in degree sufficient to prevent denaturation of biomolecules and such that all types of biomolecules have same sign of electric charge determined by their isoelectric points. Then two electrodes are submerged into solution and difference of potentials not less than 1.0 V is formed between them. Difference of potentials is varied under mode ensuring constant electric current sufficient for precipitation of biomolecules on one of electrodes and for their collection it. EFFECT: increased efficiency of process. 4 cl, 1 dwg
