FIELD: biological engineering. SUBSTANCE: thin-film electrical component has electricity conducting film placed on insulating film and built up of two adhesive metal layers and noble metal layer inbetween. Conducting film is insulated, in addition, by polymeric sheath. Its manufacturing process involves forming of insulating film and conducting film on substrate surface. Insulating film is formed by applying solution onto hard substrate surface followed by curing this solution till polyamide film is obtained; conducting layer is formed by sequential deposition of first adhesive metal layer metal, noble layer, and second adhesive metal layer onto insulating film.
