FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: special set of physiological factors is measured at first. After that load tests are carried out. Then factors are formalized and arithmetic mean is calculated, as well as mean square root deviation of set of formalized factors. Then generalized coefficient is determined from value of relations of mean square root deviation to square of arithmetic. Strength index is calculated from value of relations of generalized coefficients, which have been found prior and after load tests. Value of index has to be the measure of strength of organisms to effect of exogenic factors. EFFECT: improved precision; simplified quantitative integral evaluation of organism's condition. 1 tbl
