FIELD: biotechnology, lipopolysaccharides, Neisseria meningitidis, vaccines. SUBSTANCE: antigen is prepared from cells grown under condition of controlled continuous process at Neisseria meningitidis (serogroup B, strain GISK N 125) cultivation on synthetic nutrient medium by method Westphal & Jann. Obtained lipopolysaccharide shows specific electrophoretic pattern, molecular mass, ratio of monosugars in carbohydrate moiety of molecule, increased constant of antigen binding with antibody as compared with low-molecular lipopolysaccharides.
