What is presented is a method for producing a mature form of IgAl protease Neisseria meningitidis of serogroup B. What is described is IgAl protease of molecular weight 107.6 kDa and estimated calculated isoelectric point 7.4.

EFFECT: invention allows producing high-purity IgAl protease as an ingredient of a polyvalent vaccine intended for protection of an individual, at first of children, against meningococcal infection and other microorganisms pathogenicity of which is caused by IgAl protease.
