FIELD: foundry, in particular, production of monocrystalline castings from fireproof nickel alloys. SUBSTANCE: method involves melting charge; heating casting mold to temperature exceeding alloy liquidus temperature; modifying with atomized powder selected from the group containing carbide, nitride, carbonitride, oxycarbonitride; pouring melt into casting mold; effectuating directed crystallization of melt, with special melt, modified with atomized powder taken in an amount of 0.03-0.1% by weight of melt and crystallized, being used as charge. Melt is liquidized and repeatedly modified with atomized powder at temperature ranging from 1500 to 1740 C , with powder being taken in an amount of 0.01-0.1% by weight of worked metal, and is then superheated to temperature ranging from 1650 to 1750 C, held for 0.5-10 min and cooled to casting temperature. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved quality of castings. 2 cl, 1 tbl
