FIELD: mining, working tools of mining machines. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has mounted on executive organ cutting tool chuck with through longitudinal canal, in which there is capable to turn around its longitudinal axis cutting tool with tool bit; formed by supporting surface of body of executive organ and longitudinal canal walls working chamber; locking tool, elastic and sopping members; canal for feeding and ring-shaped canal for passing of spraying liquid. New thing is that locking tool is made in the form of conical narrowing of longitudinal canal in cutting tool chuck and cylindrical neck with capability to locate cutting tool chuck cylindrical tail part in it and working chamber is made in the form of communicating with neck funnel turned in direction of executive organ body supporting surface and communicating with canal for spraying liquid feeding. In the case on supporting surface of executive organ body coaxially with longitudinal canal there is blind cavity for elastic member location. EFFECT: improved design of apparatus. 4 cl, 3 dwg
