FIELD: mining machinery. SUBSTANCE: device has cutter holder, cutter with working part and carrier, passages for inlet and passing of liquid, supporting and stopping members, working space and locking device with resilient sealing member. Cutter holder is fixed on body of operating member and has longitudinal through passage. Cutter is installed in longitudinal through passage of cutter holder for possible limited axial reciprocal movement which is restricted by supporting and stopping members. Stopping member is located in bore of carrier and is rigidly connected with cutter holder. Locking device is made in the form of truncated tapered space in which freely seated is resilient sealing member. Truncated tapered space is turned towards supporting surface of body of operating member and is connected with passage for inflow of liquid. EFFECT: high efficiency. 6 cl, 6 dwg
