SUBSTANCE: device has pulse load and additional load which are connected to it through circuit breaker and switch respectively, capacitor power accumulator, which is connected to storage battery in parallel through first serial circuit which has thyristor and first current-clipping resistor and which is by-passed by reverse-direction diode, and through second circuit, which is connected to control electrode of thyristor through second current-clipping resistor.
