FIELD: electrical engineering, power plants based on capacitors with double electric layer. SUBSTANCE: in compliance with invention proposed combined power plant has driving engine 1 mechanically coupled via reduction gear or multiplexer 2 to A C generator 3 to which terminals stationary A C load 4 and controlled rectifier 5 linked through controlled release 6 with inverted converter 7 are connected. Pulse A C load 8 is connected to output of the latter. Pulse D C load 9 with controlled switch 10 and energy storage system connected in series and incorporating molecular electric energy storage circuit 11 and charging-discharging device 12 comprising back diode 13 in parallel to which thyristor 14 and first current limiting resistor 15 connected in series are linked. In this case controlling electrode of thyristor 14 is connected through capacitor 17 and second current limiting resistor 16 to auxiliary D C load 18. Ramified control system 20 contributes to increase of efficiency of power plant thanks to well-defined connection of various loads to it. EFFECT: increased efficiency of power plant. 8 cl, 1 dwg
