FIELD: method of restoration of worn surface of parts of gas-turbine engines working in friction and sliding pairs; aero-industry. SUBSTANCE: method consists in preparation of surface of part for gas thermal spraying, performance of gas thermal spraying on base of nickel, 0.5 to 2.5 mm in thickness followed by fusion by means of focused scanning laser beam in inert gas medium. Subject to laser fusion are edges of parts; power of beam ranges from 2 to 3.5 kW, rate of motion of part ranges from 500 to 700 mm/min, scanning amplitude ranges from 3 to 8.0 mm and diameter of focused beam ranges from 0.5 to 2.5 mm. Scanning beam is so positioned that its axis of symmetry on surface of part is parallel to its edge and is located at distance not exceeding 0.2 amplitude of scanning beam from it. EFFECT: restoration of parts which are beyond repair by other methods, thus considerably increasing their service life.
