FIELD: chemical, metallurgical and food industries. SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for performance of electrochemical measurements in device used to determine composition of materials. Device incorporates case, drive with first shaft positioned vertically which lower end carries first working electrode mounted for rotation, drive control unit, first comparison electrode, first and second auxiliary electrodes, analytical cell, first and second connectors for connection to external equipment. First working electrode is connected via sliding contact to input of second connector. Device is supplemented with second working electrode, second comparison electrode, electrode of sample preparation, two electric terminals, second sliding contact, second shaft placed vertically which carries second working electrode put similarly to first one for rotation, carriage fitted with horizontal flange with pins for positioning of analytical cell and with at least three spring-loaded straps. Each strap has contact attached to its upper end for connection of proper electrode. Electrode of sample preparation is fabricated in the form of plate which upper end is bent. Auxiliary electrodes are manufactured in the form of hollow stepped bushings provided with at least two lateral slits uniformly arranged along perimeter of flange. Analytical cell incorporates chambers for working, auxiliary and comparison electrodes. Unlike chambers are separated and fabricated in the form of cavities in block of inert material electrochemical intercoupled by means of connection chambers. Wall of connection chambers matched to chambers for electrodes have slit holes connection chambers include insert bushings which external configuration repeats internal configuration of connection chambers. Side surface of one of working chambers of cell has recess designed to locate electrode of sample preparation, upper part of rear wall of chamber has U-shaped slot provided with two protrusions to fix this electrode.
