SUBSTANCE: apparatus provides enhanced accuracy and sensitivity of analysis (measurement threshold is lowered until 1 microgram/l), enlarged range of determined elements (copper, lead, tin, cadmium, zinc, nickel, chrome, manganese, molybdenum, tungsten, selenium, antimony, mercury, arsenic, sulfides and others), elimination of using metallic mercury and its soluble salts due to using section-insulated flexible working electrodes of different types and due to homogeneous intensive agitation. Apparatus includes measuring chamber having segment-slit recess, flow through-discrete or non-flow through; detachable housing whose parting plane is parallel relative to lengthwise plane of chamber recess. Additional electrode and sample-preparation electrode are made monolithically with chamber in the form of electrically conductive surface coating of segmental face of recess.
