FIELD: organic chemistry, carbamate derivatives. SUBSTANCE: product: aminocarbonylcarbamates of the formula (I) 
where Z - hydrogen or lower alkyl; R1 - lower alkyl or halogenphenyl; R2 - lower alkyl or cycloalkyl, or their (3aS)-cis-isomers or (3aR)-trans-isomers or a mixture of these two isomers involving racemic mixture, or their pharmaceutically acceptable acid-additive salts. Synthesis is carried out by reaction of compound of the formula (III) 
where Z - as indicated above when a) R1 and R2 are identical with isocyanate of the formula: R1-NC(O) where R1 - lower alkyl at mole ratio isocyanate and compound of the formula (III) 
= 2:1, not less, or when b) R1 and R2 are different with isocyanate of the formula R2-NC(O) where R2 - as indicated above taken at amount about one equivalent with respect to compound of the formula (III) 
followed by interaction of obtained product with isocyanate of the formula: R1-NC(O). Synthesized compounds show cholinergic activity and can be used as analgetics. ???EFFECT: improved method of synthesis. 3 tbl
