FIELD: mechanical engineering, metallurgy, chemical industry; repairs when welding is difficult to carry out. SUBSTANCE: inner surface is welded with metal wire (several wires) of rectangular cross-section wound coil-to-coil on template made up of set of equal thickness rings whose outer surface follows the surface to be clad. Clearance between surface to be clad and template surface is provided equal to required welding clearance and thickness of cladding wire. EFFECT: enlarged operation capabilities. 1 dwg
