SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of making slots on inner surface of body of vessel; removing oxides and other contaminations from inner surface of vessel and outer surface of blank; placing clad layer blank 2; arranging assembled technological jacket inside clad layer blank; converting it to working state; fluid-tightly placing covers on body 1; interrupting vessel vacuumizing after predetermined temperature is reached; feeding inert gas to cavity of apparatus; heating apparatus until diffusion welding temperature; soaking product at predetermined values of pressure and temperature; deenergizing heating circuit.
