Usage of air-permeable container allows multiple raw material and by-products transfer operations to be eliminated at processing stages and during transfer from one stage to the other. Cheese is stored at temperature ranging from -3 to +10 C, curd - at temperature of 8-12 C, which may be provided by supplying cooled air into refrigeration chamber through openings positioned at upper third part of at least one wall of refrigerating chamber.
