SUBSTANCE: method involves providing air-permeable apparatus for performing delivery, and/or receiving , and/ or weighing, and/or cooling, and/or loading, and/or transportation operations. Apparatus is formed as container allowing multiple raw material and ready product handling operations to be eliminated. Storage time of milk products does not exceed 12 months at temperatures not exceeding 10 C and storage is effectuated in hermetically sealed container. When unsealed container is used, temperature conditions may be the same and storage time should not exceed 8 months.
