FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying technical cutting liquid in the form of microcapsules containing small amounts of liquids, with microcapsules being made from thin enclosure of film-forming substance. Microcapsules are fed to parts contact zone by free-falling jet of liquid carrier. To transmit motion to microcapsules conveyed toward contact zone, and to improve strength of tools, feeding is effectuated by three methods: ferromagnetic additives are introduced into microcapsules; surfactant is introduced into liquid carrier; ferromagnetic additives are introduced into microcapsules and surfactants are introduced into liquid carrier. Directed motion of microcapsules is initiated by electromagnetic field generated due to occurrence of potential in contact zone of interacting bodies, or due to potential additionally applied to one of interacting bodies.
