FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly, to metal processing, namely, to method of cutting tool lubing and cooling by coolant-lubricants and their components. Lubricant is fed by gas flow activated by electric discharges. It's fed by microdoses in amount of 0.05-4.5 g/h. Note here that gas flow temperature varied from 0°C to minus 20°C.
EFFECT: higher tool durability.
