FIELD: machining of machine components by their polishing with flap bobs. SUBSTANCE: in polishing of parts of the type of body of revolution, flaps are deformed before zone of working with lubricating-cooling process means. The latter is taken in the form of roller coated with working medium and abrasive placed in it. It is installed before bob flaps coming in contact with blank and given rotary motion in direction opposite to rotation of bob round axis parallel to bob axis. Roller width is taken larger than that of flap abrasive member coming in contact with lubricating-cooling process means restore cutting ability, get cleaned from working wastes, and are coated with working medium and uniformly deformed.
