FIELD: mining industry; hoisting equipment; electric motor control. SUBSTANCE: device is designed for control of electric motor used for putting into motion cable drum of mine hoist or cable system which includes vehicle suspended by cable and forms vibratory system. Control system has load sensor which checks load on cable and cable length pickup which checks length of cable wound off cable drum. Motor control unit responds to signals from sensor and pickup and calculates values of speed, acceleration and sharp movement of vibratory system. Control unit generates control signal to charge natural vibrations in system and controls excitation of motor in compliance with control signal.
