FIELD: production of multilayer and mold articles. SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by copolymerization of norbornene hydrocarbon with olefin followed by mixing with polyolefin. Mentioned above copolymerization takes place in the presence of catalyst which contains metallocene and alumoxane. Said copolymerization takes place at (-78)-150 C and at pressure 0.01-64.00 bar, mass ratio of norbornene hydrocarbon and olefin being (0.1:99.9)-(95.0: 5.0) respectively. Mentioned above mixing of highly dispersed polyolefins or polycycloolefins with copolymer takes place at content of said copolymer 0.1-99.0 %. Said composition being affected by extrusion is used as material for multilayer mold articles. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method, improves quality of desired product. 8 cl, 21 tbl
