FIELD: electronic devices. SUBSTANCE: method involves manufacturing of conducting strips from separate single-crystal plates of high-temperature superconductor of 20-80 mcm width by means of ultrasound cut. Then strips are arranged on substrate according necessary topology of integral circuit and are mounted by means of dielectric plate. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities.
