where R4 - hydrogen, hydroxy, (C1-C6)-alkoxy, (C2-C6)-alkanoylhydroxy, carboxy, nitro-group or group NHR7 where R7 means hydrogen or (C1-C6)-alkyl; R5 - hydrogen, (C1-C6)-alkyl or halogen; R6 - hydrogen or (C1-C6)-alkyl; n = 0, 1 or 2; R1 - hydrogen, (C1-C6)-alkyl or (C2-C6)-alkanoyl; R2 - hydrogen, (C1-C6)-alkyl, halogen, cyano-, carboxyl, nitro-group or group -NHR7 where R7 - as indicated above; R3 - hydrogen, (C1-C6)-alkyl or (C2-C6)-alkanoyl, and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts where: when R2 is simultaneously hydrogen, (C1-C6)-alkyl, halogen or cyano-group and R3 means hydrogen, R1 and have values indicated above and then at least one of substituent R4,R5 and R6 is not hydrogen.
