SUBSTANCE: according to method, shredded sugar-beet mass is subjected to multistage pressing by increasing force simultaneously with filtration in roll-type press during movement of primary material through pressing zone created by rolls and two conveyor belts made of special pressing fabric, and moistening of primary material. After each pressing stage, shredded mass is loosened due to vibration, and moistened by sprinkling it with water or juice. Juice producing plant has a press made up of two vertically installed conveyors with belts made of pressing fabric, pairs of rolls, facility for moistening of primary material during pressing, vibrators installed after each pair of rolls at two sides of conveyor belts.
