FIELD: manufacturing of electronic devices. SUBSTANCE: device has laser, reflector, infrared receiver, converging thin lens and long- wave optical filter. Reflector is designed as extended rotation ellipsoid, which is cut in its focuses by planes which are orthogonal to its major optical axis at which lens is located. Angular lens aperture, sight angle of infrared receiver, distance between first focus of ellipsoid and lens, distance between lens and second focus of ellipsoid depend on characteristics of converging lens according to general equation for thin lenses. Inner surface of ellipsoid is rough, so that it scatters reflected shot-wave laser beam and reflects heat from heated point of sampled material in spectral range of infrared receiver.
