FIELD: technology of production of diamond crystals and superhard materials for technical purposes. SUBSTANCE: method includes mixing of carbon-containing material (in the amount of 2-9 mas.%) with thermic compound consisting of the following components, mas.%: magnesium metal, 5-30; aluminium metal, 10-50; zirconium metal, 0.1-10; cerium metal, 0.1-5; nickel oxide and/or iron oxide, and/or cobalt oxide, 5.8-33; chromium oxide and/or molybdenum oxide, 2-15; manganese oxide and/or thin oxide, and/or silicon oxide, 3-20. Produced mixture is transferred into device for preservation of obtained product. The device is sealed and reaction is initiated by heating the mixture. Reaction products after cooling are dissolved, filtered and formed crystals of diamond are separated. The offered method provides for production by dynamic method of large (up to 500 mcm) crystals of artificial diamonds for technical purposes. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
